Shipping policy

Shipping is determined by zip code destination and the weight of items ordered. Shipping is NEVER refunded.

Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on the shipping service chosen. Delays by the shipping vendor are not under our control. There are no refunds for this. Claims may be filed with the shipping vendor in the event of a lost package. 

If proof is provided of the lost package, we may issue a new item for free. But shipping will still be your cost. We will need actual documentation provided by the shipping entity that they indeed, do agree, that the item was lost or damage. Photos of damaged packaging from you will help that case.
